Heavy or Specialty Items
If you have extremely heavy items such as safes, pianos, exercise equipment, or stone materials, please let us know in advance.
Some items may require additional labor, equipment, or a small price adjustment depending on weight and accessibility.

Pricing Transparency
Prices include labor, loading, transportation, and disposal.
Extremely heavy materials or difficult access (stairs, long carry distances, etc.) may require small price adjustments. We always confirm pricing before starting work.
For very small pickups or single items, a minimum service fee starting at $100 may apply.

We started LaFata Disposal Services because we believe that junk removal should be more than just hauling things away. It should be about making a positive impact on our neighborhoods and the environment.
As a family-owned and operated company, our journey started with a simple realization. Too often we would see trash scattered along roadsides, in neighborhoods, on hiking trails, and in parks where families go to enjoy nature. It never sat right with us.
Watching people litter and leave behind waste sparked something in us- we knew we wanted to be a part of the solution.
